About Mali Ram Bidsar – Agriculture & Farming in New Delhi
At number 192 in Mayur Vihar Phase I, you’ll find my place. It’s just a standard building in a busy part of the neighborhood. I’ve been here for quite some time, and the area has seen a lot of changes over the years. My office is a bit of a mess, truth be told. There are books piled on the floor and a calendar from three years ago still hanging on the wall because I like the picture on it. I usually start my day with a walk around the block before sitting down at the desk. There is a lot of traffic nearby, so the sound of horns is pretty much constant throughout the afternoon. I don't have a big team of people working for me. It’s mostly just me, Mali Ram Bidsar, handling things as they come in. People from the nearby flats often stop by to chat or ask for help with something small. The windows are a bit small, so it stays a little dim inside even during the day, which I actually prefer. I have an old wooden cabinet where I keep all the important files, though finding anything in there takes me longer than it should. It’s a very local way of doing things, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. I just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a simple routine in a familiar place.
