M S Gianender Associates is located over in Shahdara, specifically at 1 5464C, Street No 16 in Balbir Nagar Extension. It is a very lived-in part of Delhi, with lots of narrow streets and houses close together. Our office is right in the middle of all that activity. You can hear the sounds of the street all day, from the vendors calling out to the motorbikes zooming past the door. We have been at this location for a long time, so we feel like part of the furniture in the neighborhood. The inside of the office is filled with stacks of files and books that we use for our work. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is when we need it. We don't have a big HR department or fancy software for everything. We mostly rely on notebooks and our own memories to keep things moving. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just use that time to talk or grab a cold drink from the shop next door. It’s a very human way to work, without all the polish you find in the bigger business districts. People stop by just to say hello sometimes, even if they don't have business with us that day. It makes the day go by faster and keeps things feeling friendly and grounded in the local community.
