If you are looking for us, we are up on the third floor of Thakur Palace. That is at S-192 in Pandav Nagar, New Delhi. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a climb every day, but it keeps us away from the street noise mostly. We do engineering consulting here. It is a lot of sitting at desks, looking at drawings, and checking numbers. Pandav Nagar is a crowded area, so finding a quiet corner to work is important. We have been here for some time now. The office is full of files and old projects we have finished. We do not have any big slogans or flashy advertisements. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or because they need some specific technical advice for their building projects. We try to be practical about the advice we give. New Delhi is always changing with new constructions everywhere, so there is usually plenty of stuff for us to look at. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that is just part of living here. We are just a group of people who understand how structures and systems should be built. We spend our days drinking tea and going over blueprints. It is not glamorous work, but it is what we know how to do well enough.
