Little Flora Dale School

Little Flora Dale School is tucked away in J-Block, specifically at Plot No. 25 and 26 in Dilshad Colony, Delhi. It’s a local school that serves the families living in this part of the city. Since we are in the 110095 area, many of the kids just walk here from the nearby apartments. The school is not very big, but we make the most of the space we have in Dilshad Colony. Each classroom is set up with desks and a board, and we try to keep the walls decorated with the students’ work. It can get a bit cramped when everyone is inside at once, but we manage. The teachers are mostly people from the neighborhood who have been with us for a while. We follow the regular school year and have all the usual holidays. The office is right by the entrance, and there is usually someone there to answer the phone or talk to parents. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing us from being around so long. In the afternoons, the street gets quite busy when the students are leaving. It’s a simple, honest place where we focus on the kids learning what they need to know. There’s always a bit of dust or a squeaky door, but that’s just life in an older Delhi building. We keep things moving day by day. Everyone tries their best to stay on schedule.
