Lingaya'S Lalita Devi Institute Of Management And Science is located on Mandi Road in Mandi New. It’s a busy area, and there’s always something going on nearby. We have a lot of young adults coming in for their classes every day, so the atmosphere is usually pretty lively. The building is a bit of a concrete block, but it serves its purpose well. Inside, we have rows of desks and whiteboards that have seen a lot of use over the semesters. We don't have a big fancy lobby with waterfalls; we just have a front desk where someone is usually sorting through mail or answering the phone. The students spend a lot of time in the library or hanging out in the hallways between lectures. We try to keep the fans and lights working properly, though the power can be a bit finicky sometimes. It’s a straightforward place for people to come and learn. We focus on the textbooks and the lectures without adding a lot of unnecessary fluff. The professors are usually busy with their own research or grading papers in the small staff room. We have a canteen that gets quite crowded during lunch hours, smelling like tea and snacks. It’s just a regular institute where people are trying to get their degrees and move on to the next part of their lives. We keep the doors open and the schedule on the wall.
