Our office is tucked away in Mehrauli, inside Flat No-4 at property number 886. It’s an older part of town with a lot of history around it. We like it here because it feels real. We spend our time looking at different ways people learn things and trying to put that into a system. It sounds complicated but it's really just a lot of trial and error. We aren't a big outfit. It’s just a handful of us in a small flat. We have a couple of computers and a lot of printed papers. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, but that gives us time to talk things through. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporation. We just want to get the job done right. The ward we’re in is usually quite noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have any fancy brochures. People find us because they need what we offer. We work long hours sometimes, especially when we’re trying to finish a new method. It’s slow work but it feels worth it when things finally click into place. We don't have a big boss or a HR department. We just manage ourselves and make sure the bills are paid and the work is finished. It’s not a glamorous life, but it suits us and we enjoy the quiet moments when the city slows down.
