Our office is right here in Bengali Market at 16 Babar Lane. If you know New Delhi, you know this area is always busy. There are plenty of food stalls around which is nice for lunch. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a bit old but it works for us. We are part of Lea Associates South Asia. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us through work connections or just knowing the address. The office has a lot of files and some old furniture. It feels lived in. We work on infrastructure and planning stuff mostly. Usually, it's pretty quiet inside even though the street outside is noisy. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other well. We drink a lot of tea during the day. Sometimes the traffic on Babar Lane is a mess but that's just Delhi life. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and someone will help you. We try to keep up with the paperwork. It can get overwhelming sometimes. The location is central which makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some new shops opened up recently. We just keep doing our thing every day. It’s a straightforward operation here at 110 001. No big fuss or corporate polish. Just a place where the work gets done by regular people.
