Le Swiss Chocolat

We are Le Swiss Chocolat, located at 21916 on the 60 Feet Road in Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara. People sometimes find the name a bit fancy for this area, but we just liked it. We make different kinds of chocolates and treats right here. It’s not a giant factory or anything like that, just a workspace where we spend our hours melting and setting things. The heat in Delhi can be a real problem for chocolate, so we are always fussing with the cooling and making sure nothing melts before it's supposed to. We started this because we liked sweets and thought we could make a go of it. It’s a lot of repetitive work, wrapping things by hand and checking the batches. Shahdara is a busy, working-class place and we fit right in. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people just stop by while they are out doing their regular shopping on 60 Feet Road. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. We keep the shop clean and the shelves stocked as much as we can. It’s just a small local business trying to do things right. We aren't some big international brand, just some folks in Vishwas Nagar making candy and hoping people enjoy it. It keeps us on our feet and the days go by fast.
