We’ve been here at Khan Market 58 -A for a good while now. It’s a pretty busy spot, and we mostly just try to keep the shelves stocked with what people actually need. Some days are definitely more crowded than others, especially on the weekends when everyone is out doing their errands. We just focus on getting things organized so you can find your groceries without too much trouble. The staff knows most of the regulars who stop by after work for a few things. We aren't trying to do anything fancy here, just keeping the shop running day to day. You probably know the building if you walk through this part of the market often. It gets a bit cramped when the delivery trucks arrive, but we manage to get the crates moved inside. If you need something specific, you can usually just ask someone on the floor. We spend a lot of time checking dates and making sure the produce looks okay. It’s just how things work in a grocery business. There’s always a bit of noise from the street, but that’s just Khan Market for you. We keep the lights on and the doors open throughout the day. Nothing too complicated about it. We just handle the daily business of running a food store in a busy neighborhood. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. Sometimes the inventory takes longer to count than we like, but that's just part of the job.
