In Patiala we are found at Chatta Nanu Mal which is in the Bagichi area. The address is House No B-15/148 and it is deep within the older part of the town. The lanes around here are narrow and they have a lot of history to them. Our office is in an old building that has been through many seasons. The ceilings are high and the floors are made of that old-fashioned stone that stays cool even when the Punjab summer is at its worst. We have set up our computers and files in the main hall. It is a bit of a maze getting here but once you are inside it is a very productive little space. We often hear the local sounds of the market and people chatting outside the gate. The team here is small and we all know each other's families and stories. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that because we are more concerned with getting the work finished on time. There is a lot of paper moving across the desks and we spend a good chunk of our day on the phone with the main office. It is a very traditional way of working in a place that hasn't changed much over the years. We take pride in being part of the local fabric here in Patiala and doing our part for the company.
