Larsen Toubro Ltd

We are based in the Rajaji Puram Colony in Lucknow. The exact house number is E-2474. It is a residential area, so it is quieter than the main markets. Being here in Lucknow-17 feels a bit different than being in a big industrial park. It is more like a neighborhood office. Larsen Toubro Ltd has been using this space for a while. It is a simple setup inside. We have a few rooms turned into offices. There is a small garden area in the front, though we do not always have time to look after the plants properly. We handle our admin work and some project planning from here. The locals know us. It is nice because it does not feel like a cold, corporate environment. We know when the mail comes and who the neighbors are. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that is just part of living and working here. We use simple furniture. Nothing too modern or expensive. We focus more on what we are doing than what the office looks like. Most of us live not too far away, so the commute isn't too bad. We just keep things moving. We do not have a big reception desk. You just walk in and someone will help you out. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. We like the pace here. It is steady and we get our work done without much fuss. It is a good spot for us.
