We are based on the 1st floor of Ashoka Enclave, Part 3, right in Sector 35 of Faridabad. It’s a pretty standard commercial building, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Our office is number 202. It’s a decent enough place to work, with enough light coming through the windows. We handle a lot of the industrial and engineering coordination that comes through this part of the state. Most of us have been working here for quite some time, so there’s a lot of familiar faces. The commute can be a bit tiring, but once we’re here, the day usually goes by fast. We keep a lot of blueprints and technical manuals stacked up on the shelves. It’s not the quietest office, especially when we’re debating how to handle a specific site issue. We usually order in lunch or head out to one of the small shops in the sector. There’s no corporate fluff here. We talk plainly and focus on what needs to be finished by the end of the week. It feels like a small family in some ways because we see each other more than our actual families sometimes. The office is just a tool for us to get things organized. We don't worry about being the biggest or the best, we just worry about doing the job right today.
