Larsen & Toubro Limited, Ecc Division

You can find our ECC Division team over in Dilshad Colony. We are at D-57/Ug-2, which is just one of those typical Delhi spots that can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely. The colony is always buzzing with people and vehicles, which is just part of living in the 110095 area. Our office isn’t anything to boast about visually. It’s a ground floor unit that’s mostly filled with desks and tall stacks of files. We spend most of our time here coordinating things and making sure the supplies and the schedules are all lined up. It gets pretty loud outside during the day, but we’ve gotten used to it. The space is used for the real day-to-day stuff, not for hosting big meetings. We’ve got a small crew here, and we all know each other well. Sometimes it feels more like a workshop than a corporate branch. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just maybe a calendar or a map of the current project sites. It’s a bit messy at times, honestly, but that’s because we’re actually busy doing things. We prefer to keep it simple and just focus on the task at hand. If you come by, don’t expect a lobby or a receptionist; just walk in and you’ll find someone working at a desk or talking on the phone about a delivery.
