Royal Sutra

We are located in Lajpat Nagar -1, right near the HDFC and ICICI ATMs. If you know Krishna Market, we are just a short walk from there. This place is usually busy, especially in the afternoons when everyone is out shopping. Royal Sutra is where we spend most of our time, surrounded by piles of fabric and finished pieces. It’s a bit crowded in here sometimes because we have a lot of stock coming in every week. We don’t have a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It is just a regular shop where we do our work and talk to people who stop by. Some days the traffic outside is really loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from unpacking boxes to helping someone find a specific color or pattern. It’s a lot of manual work and standing on our feet. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while now, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around the block. It’s a tight-knit spot near the ATMs. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the shelves aren't empty for too long. Sometimes we fall behind on the folding, but that’s just how it goes when things get moving. It's honest work and we like being right here in the middle of the market.
