Gursons Exports

At Gursons Exports, we operate from D-12 B in Lajpat Nagar-II. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how busy the markets are, especially on the weekends. Our office is tucked into a more residential lane, so it’s a bit quieter than the main road, but not by much. It’s a decent-sized space where we manage our export files and keep track of all our contacts. We spend a lot of time on our computers, checking emails and updating spreadsheets. The walls are covered with calendars and maps, mostly just to help us keep track of time zones and shipping routes. We have a few chairs for visitors, but mostly it’s just us sitting at our desks. The light in the afternoon is quite good, which makes the office feel a bit larger than it actually is. We don’t have any formal dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. Sometimes we get deliveries at odd hours, so someone is usually around to sign for things. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We don’t try to make things look more important than they are. We just focus on the shipments and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It can be tiring when the deadlines are tight, but we manage to get through it with plenty of tea and some snacks from the local shops nearby.
