Lafarge

Our business is located on the National Market Main Road in Pheeragari. It is a very busy street, and we are right in the middle of all that activity. We deal with building materials, mostly cement and other things people need for construction. We have been in this part of Delhi for a long time, and we have seen the market change quite a bit over the years. The shop is not a fancy place; it is a working warehouse where things are moving in and out all day long. It can get quite dusty with all the bags of material, but that is just how this business is. We don't have a sales team or any polished brochures to hand out. When someone comes in, we just talk to them about what they need and see if we have it in stock. Most of our customers are local builders or people who live nearby and are fixing up their houses. We try to keep our prices fair and our talk simple. The guys working here have been with us for a while and they know where everything is kept. We open early in the morning to catch the contractors before they head to their sites. It is a lot of heavy lifting and long days, but we are used to it. We don't need anything fancy to get the job done right and keep the customers coming back.
