We operate out of A-48 in Karampura, right along Shivaji Marg. It’s a busy part of the city and there is always noise from the street coming in through the windows. We handle a bit of everything here, from sourcing supplies to managing small local distributions. The space is a bit tight because we have boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling. We've been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. There isn't a big sign out front, just the house number on the door. Our days are spent on the phone or checking the inventory that arrives on the small delivery trucks. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the old ceiling fans are always humming. We don't have a website or any of those modern things, we just talk to people directly. If someone needs something, they usually just call or stop by the office. It's a straightforward way of doing business. We don't pretend to be a giant company. We are just a few people making sure the orders get to the right places on time. Sometimes the traffic on Shivaji Marg makes deliveries late, but we do what we can. It’s just a normal workplace with normal problems. We mostly just drink our tea and get through the paperwork as fast as we can. There's always something to do here.
