We are Abbot Forge (P) Ltd, and we are based right here in New Delhi. You can find our main office in the Vardhan Building on Ajmal Khan Road. It’s unit 17 A/38 on the second floor. Karol Bagh is always a really busy place to work, especially on the weekends with all the shoppers, but we’re here through the week working away. The building is one of those typical ones you find in this area where a lot of different businesses are stacked together. It’s a bit of a climb up to the second floor, but we like being in the middle of everything. We’ve been operating from this exact spot for a while now. We don't go in for big corporate logos or expensive modern furniture. Our office is functional, with just enough space to sit down and figure out the day's tasks. We deal with the forge side of the business, which means a lot of technical talk and planning. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times everyone is talking at once. We don't have a reception desk with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from whatever we’re doing. It’s just a practical way to run a company. We know the tea seller downstairs and the guys in the other offices nearby. It feels like a little community inside this building. Most of our furniture is a bit old, but it works for us.
