Kumud Maths

Kumud Maths is located at C 58 in the IIT Delhi area of Katwaria Sarai. You have to go into Gummad Wali Gali, near the Ravidas Mandir, to find us. It’s a bit of a narrow lane and can be quite crowded with people and scooters. The place we work in is quite small and filled with books and old question papers. We have a big green board on the wall and we use a lot of chalk. There’s always a bit of dust on the tables because of it. We don't have any fancy gadgets or smart boards here. It’s just us, the students, and the math problems. The ceiling fan is quite old and makes a constant humming sound, but we don't really notice it anymore. We have a few wooden benches for the students to sit on. It’s a very modest setup, tucked away in a quiet corner of the city. Sometimes we have to move the stacks of books just to find a place to sit. We drink a lot of water because it gets dry in the room. There’s a small window that looks out onto the alley, and you can see the neighbors going about their day. It’s a very honest kind of place. We don’t have a website or any big advertisements. People just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the temple. We just focus on the equations.
