Kristal Crop Science Ltd

Our facility is out in the Mangol Puri Industrial Area, specifically in Phase-1 at Plot No-T3. It’s a busy industrial zone in Delhi where everyone is focused on manufacturing or processing something. At Kristal Crop Science Ltd, we work on things related to agriculture. It’s a lot of science and mixing, but at the end of the day, it’s about making sure farmers have what they need for their fields. The warehouse is quite large and stays pretty cool even when it’s boiling outside. We spend a lot of time checking the batches and making sure everything is stored correctly. There are always trucks coming and going, delivering raw materials or picking up finished products to be sent out to different districts. It’s a very practical environment. We have a small office area where the paperwork happens, but most of the action is on the floor. The staff here are mostly local people who have been with us for a while. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or flashy logos. We just focus on the technical side of the crop science work. The surrounding area is full of other factories, so there’s a constant sound of machinery and traffic. It’s not a quiet place to work, but it’s where we get things done. We just keep our heads down and try to do the job right every day without making too much fuss.
