Kp It Solution

Kp It Solution is based at No. 27/71 in Vishwas Nager, over in the Shahdara part of town. It’s a neighborhood where everyone seems to know everyone else. We started this because there are always people having trouble with their computers or needing some kind of technical help. Our space isn't very large, but we’ve got enough room for the workstations and all the spare parts we keep on hand. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or taking apart laptops to see why they aren't turning on. We don't use a lot of big words or try to confuse people with tech talk. We just explain what’s wrong in plain English and see if we can fix it. Vishwas Nagar is a busy place, and we get quite a few people dropping by just to ask a quick question or pick up a cable. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of repairs going on at once, but we make it work. We aren't some big corporate service center. We are just local guys who know a thing or two about computers and want to help the neighbors out. Sometimes the internet is slow or a part takes a few days to arrive, but we just deal with things as they come. It’s a steady way to spend the day here in Shahdara. We just keep our tools ready and wait for the next person with a broken screen or a slow PC.
