Our place, Kotwal Food & Beverages Private Limited, is tucked away on the third floor of a building in Mahipalpur Extension. It’s in L-Block, specifically Gali Number 5. If you’ve ever been to this part of South West Delhi, you know how tight the streets can be. Finding a parking spot is usually a bit of a headache, so most people just walk or use bikes. We’ve been here for a bit, working out of this space and dealing with the usual day-to-day stuff that comes with running a food and beverage business. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s mostly just us handling things, making sure everything is moving along. The stairs up to the third floor keep us moving, that’s for sure. Mahipalpur is always active because it’s so close to the airport, so there’s a constant hum of traffic and people. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a humble spot, nothing too flashy. We have a few desks and some storage, and that’s about it. It’s where we do all our planning and phone calls. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. Everyone is just doing their own thing. It works for us because it’s central enough for what we need to do. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the address on the door. It’s a real working space for real work and real people like us.
