Our place is at No. 3/10. It’s a pretty small setup compared to some of the big companies you see. We deal with orthopedic items, mostly stuff like supports and things people need when they’ve hurt a bone or a joint. The space is a bit tight, but we make it work. Usually, the morning starts with checking what’s left on the shelves and seeing what we need to order. We aren't in a big flashy building. It’s just a regular spot where we keep the stock. Sometimes people come in looking for a specific brace and we have to dig through the back to find the right size. It's a lot of standing and moving things around. We’ve got a small desk for the bills and a landline that rings quite a bit. The street outside is usually quiet enough that we can hear the fan humming. It isn't a place with a lot of staff, just a few of us making sure things get sent out to the clinics or handed over to the people who walk in. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just know where every box is kept and how to use the equipment. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That’s how it’s been for a long time now at 3/10.
