Khan Traders

Khan Traders is located at House- Rz-17 in Nihal Vihar. We are very close to the Shiv Sakti School, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing all the time. It’s a residential area mostly, so our setup is quite integrated with the neighborhood. It’s a busy part of town with narrow streets and lots of people walking around. Sometimes it’s hard to get a vehicle right to the door because of the traffic and the street vendors. We’ve been working from this house for a good while. It’s not a corporate office with cubicles; it’s more like a lived-in space where business happens in the front rooms. We have a couple of desks and some shelves for our records. During the rainy season, the street gets a bit muddy, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We know most of the people who live on this block. Our neighbors are used to us having people over for business meetings. We don’t have a big sign outside, just enough for people to know they’ve reached the right house. It’s a humble way to work, and it keeps our costs down. We just focus on getting through the long list of things to do each day. It’s a simple life and we are happy to be part of the local community here in Nihal Vihar.
