Our office for Kel Engineers Pvt Ltd is in Flat No. 202 at the MIG Flats in Sector 14, Dwarka. It’s in Pocket B of Phase II. Being in a flat means it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile office building. We’ve been here in New Delhi for a good bit now. It’s a busy area, but once you get inside the flat, it’s all about the engineering work. Desks are set up in the different rooms with plans spread out everywhere. It’s not a place where we host big fancy meetings. Usually, the team is out on sites or busy with calculations right here. Neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things professional and quiet. Dwarka is a big place, but Sector 14 has a nice feel to it. Local shops are where we get our supplies and snacks. It’s a simple way of working. There isn't a big HR team or a marketing wing here. It’s just us engineers and the support staff getting things done. Sometimes the lights stay on late when a project deadline is coming up. The view from the window shows the park outside, which is a nice break. We’ve been doing this for years and don't plan on changing. It’s just how we operate. Everything is practical and based on the day's needs.
