Katori Fresh (India) Private Limited

Katori Fresh (India) Private Limited is based out of the Allahabad Bank Staff CGHS in Mayur Vihar Phase 3. Specifically, we're at A-32. It’s a residential society, so it’s a bit different from having a big store on a main road. We like it this way because it’s a bit more personal and quiet. We spend our time managing the fresh side of our business from this location near the Chilla Regulator. It’s a lot of checking on stock and making sure things are moving as they should be. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us, working out of a space that feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We focus on the everyday tasks that keep things running, like talking to our partners and looking over the daily lists. Running a business in East Delhi has its ups and downs, but we've found our rhythm here in the 110096 area. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves. We are just people who want to do a decent job and stay busy. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when we’re busy, but we always manage to sort it out by the end of the shift. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to be practical and get the work done without any extra fluff.
