Kat Industrial Consultants (P) Ltd.

We’ve been here at Kat Industrial Consultants (P) Ltd for a while now. Our office is tucked away on the ground floor of the World Trade Centre, specifically at number 38. If you know Barakhamba Lane, you know how busy it gets around here every day. It is right in the heart of Connaught Place. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual office tasks while the crowds pass by outside on Babar Road. The ground floor location is actually quite handy because we don’t have to wait for the lifts, which can be a real pain in a building this big. The World Trade Centre itself has a lot of history, but for us, it’s just where we show up every morning. Sometimes the noise from the traffic outside gets a bit much, but that’s just part of being in CP. We have our desks set up and it’s a functional space. Nothing too fancy, just a regular office where we get through our work. People often get lost looking for the right entrance since the building is massive, but once you find the 38th unit on the ground floor, you’re there. It’s a bit gray and concrete, but it works for what we need. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby or just bring something from home. It’s a steady routine. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, though our corner stays mostly the same.
