Kasturi Lal Jai Prakash & Company sits right at Shop No.Z-214 in Loha Mandi, Naraina. If you know the area, you know that being near the PVR Cinema is a good way to tell people where we are. Loha Mandi is a place that feels heavy and solid, mostly because of all the iron and steel moving around every day. Our shop is just a small slice of that big market. It gets loud with the sound of metal hitting metal and trucks backing into tight spaces. We have been at Z-214 for a long time. The walls are a bit worn and the floor is stained, but it works for what we do. We don't have any shiny signs or anything that looks corporate. It is just a place of business. When the sun hits the street in Naraina, it can get very hot inside the shop, but we have our fans running. People come in with their requirements and we see what we can do. It is a very direct way of working. Sometimes we go out for a break near the cinema just to see a different crowd for a few minutes. Mostly, though, we are right here at the shop. The name Kasturi Lal Jai Prakash & Company has been on the boards here for as long as I can remember. We just keep doing what we have always done in this spot.
