We’ve been based here for a long time, working out of this space amidst all the noise. Our office is simple, filled with stacks of papers and the sound of phones ringing. We handle export stuff, mostly focusing on getting things from point A to point B. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just have our desks and our equipment. Mandir Road is a busy stretch, so there is always something going on right outside our door. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure the documentation is correct. It’s a lot of little details that have to be right. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We are just a local business trying to keep things running smoothly. Our team is small, and we all pitch in wherever needed. Sometimes we’re packing, sometimes we’re on the computer, and sometimes we’re just chatting with the neighbors. Being in Karol Bagh means we are right in the heart of things, which has its pros and cons. We like the energy, even if it gets a bit much sometimes. It’s a real place with real people working hard every day. We don't claim to be the biggest, just a group of people doing their job. That's the way we work here.
