J. J. H. Exports

You can find us over at 3 A/8 W. E. A. in Karol Bagh. If you know Delhi, you know Karol Bagh is always moving, and our little spot is no different. We operate J. J. H. Exports from here, and it’s been our home for quite some time. The building is older, but it works for what we need. We don’t have any slick receptionists or lobby areas. It’s mostly just desks, shelves, and piles of items waiting to be shipped out. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the quality of the goods we export. There’s a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to the honking and the shouting after a week. Our day starts early and usually ends when the last box is taped up and ready for the courier. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that does its job without too much fuss. People around here know us by name, and we know the local chai wallah and the other shopkeepers. It’s a community, really. We handle everything ourselves, from the first check to the final packing. It’s hands-on work and can be tiring, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything leaves Karol Bagh in good shape.
