We are Kapil Kajla Associates and you can find us at Flat No 3248 in Sector A, Pocket Bc of Vasant Kunj. Being in New Delhi 110070 means we are right in the middle of a very busy part of the capital. Our office is actually inside one of the residential flats, which gives it a more personal feel than a typical office building. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but the area is green and has plenty of trees. Vasant Kunj is a maze of pockets and sectors, so we often have to give people directions over the phone. Once you get to Flat No 3248, you’ll see we’ve turned the space into a functional workspace. There are files everywhere and the printers are usually humming. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors don't seem to mind us being there. It’s a quiet block for the most part, except for the occasional delivery scooter zooming by. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable and get the work done. The water filter is a bit finicky, and the balcony has a few plants that we try our best to keep alive. It’s just a small team of associates working together. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful.
