You can find us at Shop No 1 in the K Block of Sunder Nagar Market. It’s right on Mathura Road, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and buses going by. We start the day by getting the milk going for the rabdi. It takes a long time and someone has to keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. The market gets busy in the afternoons, especially with people looking for sweets. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time. The shop isn't very large, but it fits everything we need. Sunder Nagar is a familiar place for us. Most of the people who come in are locals who have been living around here for years. We just keep things moving, filling up the display cases and making sure the floor is swept. It gets pretty warm in the back with all the cooking going on. Sometimes we sit on the stools near the entrance when it’s quiet just to catch a bit of a breeze from the door. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. It’s just the staff here making sweets and selling them to whoever walks in from the street. Mathura Road is always moving, but inside the shop, things are a bit more steady. We just focus on the rabdi and the other items we have.
