Kalinga Ias Academy

Old Rajinder Nagar is a specific kind of place. Everyone here is usually thinking about the same thing, which is the big exams. At Kalinga Ias Academy, we are located at number 77. The area is packed with tea stalls and photocopy shops. Our office is pretty much like all the others around here. We have rooms for classes and a lot of books stacked up everywhere. It’s not a fancy place with carpets and art. It’s a place where people sit for hours and take notes. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit, seeing different groups of students come and go every year. It’s a cycle. They arrive with big dreams, and we just try to give them a place to study and learn what they need to. The street is always loud, and there’s always someone talking about current events or history outside the door. We don't use any slick marketing to get people in. Most students just hear about us from someone else who stayed in the same hostel or studied at the same library. We keep the lights on and the doors open. It’s a lot of work for everyone involved, but it’s what we do. We just focus on the syllabus and try to keep things as clear as possible for everyone who comes through. It's a busy, sometimes stressful place, but that is just the nature of what happens here in Rajinder Nagar.
