Janta Paint Hardware & Sanitary Store

We have been running Janta Paint Hardware & Sanitary Store for quite a long time now. Our shop is located at H-161 A in Dilshad Garden, which is right near Mohan Gardan. It is a small place but we try to keep it filled with everything a person might need for their home. We have rows of paint tins stacked up and sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from all the cement bags. If you need a specific faucet or a certain type of pipe, we usually have it tucked away in a corner somewhere. People from the neighborhood come by when they have a leak or just want to change the color of their kitchen walls. It is not a fancy showroom. We mostly sit on plastic chairs and talk to the customers about what they are fixing. My family helps out with the lifting and the accounts. The traffic outside can get really loud in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We know most of the local plumbers and painters who stop in for supplies every morning. Sometimes we run out of a specific shade of blue and have to wait for the truck to come the next day. We don't have a computer system to track everything, so we just check the shelves. It is a simple life and a simple business. We are just here to sell hardware to our neighbors and make sure they get the right bolt for the job.
