Zoya Export

Down here at Jamia Nagar Batla House, things are always moving. Zoya Export is tucked away in a spot that stays busy from early morning until the sun goes down. The streets are narrow and there is always someone passing by with a cart or a delivery. We have been here for years, and we know most of the people on the street by name. Our workspace is packed with whatever we are preparing to send out next. It is a bit cramped, honestly, but we make it work. We have these old wooden tables where we do all the sorting. There is usually the smell of tea from the shop next door drifting in through the window. We do not have a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a room with enough space for us and our goods. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, so we just sit and wait or talk until it comes back on. We handle everything ourselves, from the first check to the final wrapping. It is a lot of manual work, and our hands are rarely clean by the end of the shift. We like being part of the neighborhood here. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything. It is a lot of work to keep up with the pace of Batla House, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and get the boxes ready for the next shipment.
