You can find James Seeds Private Limited over in Uttam Nagar, specifically in Kiran Garden. We are at C-37 on the first floor. Uttam Nagar is a very busy part of West Delhi, and our street is no different. It’s always full of people and scooters zipping by at all hours. Our office is pretty straightforward. It’s just a few rooms where we handle our business stuff. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls or expensive paintings. Mostly it's just calendars and maybe a few photos of the family. Since we deal with seeds, sometimes the place smells a bit like the outdoors or dried plants, which we don't mind at all. The building isn't brand new, so there’s always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap in the bathroom or a creaky door. But it’s our space and we like it here. We aren't a big company with a hundred employees. It’s just a small group of us who have known each other for a long while. We talk about the weather and the crops and how the market is doing today. There’s no corporate ladder or bosses in suits here. Everyone just helps out with whatever needs to be done. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We don't have a set script for talking to people. We just tell it like it is. It's a humble way to run things in this corner of Delhi.
