Jai Patter Singh & Co. is located at A-998 on Pankha Road. We are directly opposite the bus terminal in Uttam Nagar, so it’s a very busy spot. There are buses coming and going at all hours. The noise is something you just get used to after a few days. Our building is right there on the main road. It’s not the newest place, but it’s sturdy. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the buses roll in and out. The office is usually a bit cluttered with paperwork and old files. We don’t really have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, someone will eventually look up from what they're doing. We handle a lot of different things here. It’s a bit of a mix. We don't have a polished way of doing things. It's just about getting through the daily tasks. Uttam Nagar is a crowded place, and we’re right in the thick of it. Sometimes the heat gets pretty bad in the summer, and we just have the fans going. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Most people just know us from being in the area for so long. We're just a local business trying to keep things going. That’s really all there is to Jai Patter Singh & Co. It’s a lot of work and sometimes it gets a bit stressful, but we manage just fine. We have a good rhythm now.
