Rana Pratap Construction (Regd.)

We are located at H-121 in Harkesh Nagar, which is right in the middle of Okhla Phase -2. This is a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside our door. We do construction work, mostly small to medium jobs around this area and sometimes further out if the project is right. Our office isn't very fancy, just a room with some chairs and a lot of papers and blueprints lying around. We spend most of our time out at the sites anyway, getting our hands dirty and making sure the bricks and cement are going where they should. It’s noisy and dusty work, but we have been doing it for a long time now. The guys who work here are mostly from the local neighborhood or stay nearby. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. We just show up, do the building work, and try to get things finished before the rain starts or the permits expire. Sometimes things get delayed because of supplies or the weather, but that's just how the building trade goes in Delhi. We are registered under the name Rana Pratap and we have been in this same spot in Harkesh Nagar for quite a few years now. People know they can just walk in and talk to us about what they need built. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of hard work every day.
