We are located in Rajendra Place, which is a very busy commercial hub. We are quite close to the B.L. Kapoor Hospital, so there are always people around and plenty of ambulances passing by. It’s a fast-paced neighborhood to be in. Our office is tucked away in one of the older buildings in the area. It has high ceilings and those old-style windows that let in a lot of light but also a lot of street noise. We’ve been in Rajendra Place for years and have seen the area change a lot. Despite the growth, our way of doing things has stayed pretty much the same. We have a small office where we manage our trades. It’s often cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We don't have a fancy website or a social media person. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for a long time. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break. The rest of the time, we are busy on the phones or checking our ledgers. Being near a major hospital means the area never really sleeps. There is always a sense of urgency in the air, which keeps us on our toes. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we are just a local business trying to do a good job in a busy city. It's not a perfect office, but it's ours.
