J. RAGRAU INSTRUMENTS is basically run out of 23 B in the Madhuban Enclave. If you're looking for the Janta Flat area in Madipur, that is where you will find our setup. It is a quiet enough place to work on delicate instruments without too much distraction. We deal with a lot of small parts and glass every single day. The workbench is usually a mess by noon, but we know where everything is. It’s not a big corporate factory or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure the instruments are put together right and packed up safely for whoever needs them next. Madipur is a busy area, but once you get inside the enclave, it settles down a bit. We started this because we knew how to handle the equipment and wanted to do it on our own terms. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to stay late to sort them out, but that is just how it goes when you run your own place. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone answering phones with a script. You just call and talk to one of us. We try to keep things straightforward and avoid all the unnecessary talk. The space is filled with boxes and tools, and that is exactly how we like it here in Madipur. It is a no-nonsense environment for anyone who stops by.
