We are over in Vivek Vihar, Phase 1, specifically at C-22 on the first floor. It’s pretty easy to find once you are near C-21, as we are right there in East Delhi. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where everyone is always in a hurry and the parking is a bit of a nightmare. We call ourselves Growthonics, which sounds a bit modern, but at the end of the day, we are just looking at ways to help things grow. We spend a lot of time at our desks looking at spreadsheets and talking to suppliers. The office is a bit small, but it’s enough for what we need. We usually have tea going in the afternoon, and that’s when we do most of our planning. It’s not always easy keeping up with everything, especially when the weather gets really hot or the traffic is backed up all the way to the main road. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a small group of partners trying to build something that lasts. We focus on the practical side of things, like how to get better results from the soil without making things too complicated. If you come by, don’t expect a fancy lobby; we are usually just working away in the back room. It’s a lot of long hours, but it feels good when things actually start to move.
