Ishan Institute Of Management & Tech is based at 120, Hans Bhawan. That's right on Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg in the ITO area of Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know ITO is one of the busiest places you can find. There are newspapers and government offices everywhere. 110002 is our pin code. Being in Hans Bhawan means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character. We have our rooms here where we do the teaching and the management work. It’s not like a big open campus with fields. It’s an urban spot. You hear the horns and the traffic all day long. We have a lot of books and computers around. The staff stays busy with all the paperwork that comes with running an institute. Sometimes the elevators are slow, so we take the stairs. It is just a normal day-to-day operation. People come in for their classes and then head back out into the ITO rush. We’ve been in this spot for a good while. It is a practical location because the metro is close and buses go everywhere from here. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but that’s just how it is in central Delhi. We just deal with the daily grind and keep the place going.
