Iscent E Services is based at 1350 in the Kotla Timber Market. It’s over in Kotla Mubarakpur, which is a pretty crowded part of South Ex. If you’ve ever been down those lanes, you know how it is with the trucks and the wood everywhere. Our office isn't fancy at all. We just have our computers and some chairs in a small space. We spend most of the day handling e-services stuff, whatever comes our way. It gets pretty loud outside when the market is in full swing, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been in this building for quite a while. Sometimes the electricity flickers when the weather gets bad, but we just keep going. It’s a real working-class vibe around here. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll just see us at our desks. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just want to do the work and go home to our families. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. It’s a simple operation in a busy part of New Delhi. We know the neighbors, and they know us. It’s just how things are at 1350. Not much else to tell, really. We’re just here doing our thing every day like everyone else in the market.
