We have our office at G-57 in Mansorover Garden, New Delhi. The address is care of Sh. O. P. Nayar. It’s a quiet residential area in the 110015 pin code. Ircon International Ltd operates from this location. The house is a typical Delhi building with a small gate and some plants out front. It doesn't look like a corporate headquarters from the outside. It’s much more low-key than that. Inside, we’ve turned the rooms into working spaces. We have desks, some filing cabinets, and a phone that rings fairly often. Mansorover Garden is a pleasant place to be. It has a bit of a slower pace than the rest of the city. We’ve been using this space for a long time. It feels familiar and comfortable. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, we just talk to them directly. We handle our international business from right here in this garden neighborhood. It’s an interesting mix, doing big work from a small local spot. We keep things simple. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have. The neighbors are used to us being here and we don't cause much trouble. It’s a solid, honest place to work. We take our tea breaks in the small courtyard when the weather is nice. It’s just our daily routine here in this part of Delhi.
