Indiweaves Fashions

Indiweaves Fashions is up on the first floor at 284 Satya Niketan, right near the South Campus Road. Being near the university means we see a lot of young people coming through. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but most people don't mind. The space is okay, though we could probably use a bit more light in the back. We do a lot of our own sorting and tagging. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we put on some music and get it done. The area is always full of energy because of the students. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many shops come and go. We just try to stay steady and keep doing what we do. Our shop isn't very fancy, just some basic shelves and a counter. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. People find us because they’re walking by or a friend told them about the spot. Sometimes the doorbell sticks, and we have to give it a little tap to make it stop ringing. It’s a bit annoying but it’s just one of those things. We’re just a small business in a busy part of town, doing our best to keep things running smoothly. The view from the window is mostly just the road and the metro line, but it’s nice to look at when you need a break. We’re just here, day in and day out, making it work.
