We are up on the third floor of the building in Okhla Phase-II. It’s plot 16/17, right in the community centre. It is a pretty active area with a lot of trucks and people moving around all the time. Our office, Flat 301-302, is usually full of papers and files because there is always something to track or a shipment to check on. It is not the most glamorous work, dealing with logistics and infrastructure stuff, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We have a small team here. We mostly just sit at our desks and talk on the phone or try to figure out where things are supposed to be. The lift in the building is a bit slow so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. It’s just a normal office. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the logistics side of things stays moving. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the printer jams right when we need a manifest, and we just have to deal with it. It gets pretty warm in the summer months but we have a few fans going to keep the air moving. We've been in Okhla for a while now and we know the local chai guy pretty well. It’s just a place where work happens. We try to keep things organized, but with so many moving parts, the desks are rarely ever clear of folders.
