Incoofy Food Technology Private Limited is situated at B-2/201 on the ground floor of JJ Colony in Madangir. Madangir is a very crowded place, and JJ Colony is always full of life. You have vendors selling vegetables right outside and the sound of motorcycles all day long. Being on the ground floor is good because we don’t have to carry stuff up the stairs. The space is a bit small, so we have to be very organized with our equipment. We work on food technology, which sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly we are just trying to find better ways to handle food products. We have a couple of big tables where we do most of our work. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We usually get our tea from the shop at the corner of the block. They know how we like it. We aren't a big company with a lot of money to spend on fancy things. We just focus on the projects we have. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all just take a break until it starts working again. It’s a very local vibe. Most of the people working here live close by. We don't have any big titles, we just all pitch in.
