Ibs

Ibs is located at H No D 14 in Raja Garden, New Delhi. This is more of a residential-looking area, so the office has that kind of feel to it. It’s a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got different rooms for different things, which is nice because it gives us a bit of privacy when things get loud. The kitchen area is mostly used for storing bags and the kettle, and there’s always a struggle to find a clean mug in the afternoon. We have been here for a while and the walls are covered with notes and calendars that we’ve pinned up over the months. Raja Garden is a busy part of Delhi, so there is always something happening outside the gate. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking for visitors, which is a bit of a pain, but we manage. The floors are old stone and stay cool even when it’s hot outside, which is a relief in the summer. We don’t have a big team, just a handful of us who show up every day to handle the paperwork and the phone calls. It’s a very practical way to work. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or posters on the walls. We just come in, sit at our desks, and do what needs to be done until it’s time to lock up and head home for the evening.
