Hubris Strategic Advisors Private Limited

Hubris Strategic Advisors Private Limited is based out of Flat Number 851 on the ground floor. We are in the LIG Pkt-1 area of Sector-14 in Dwarka Phase II. Being on the ground floor is really convenient because we don’t have to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs when we are carrying things in. Dwarka is a bit more spread out than other parts of Delhi, but Sector 14 is still quite active and well-connected. Our office is essentially a converted flat. It has a small front area and a couple of rooms where we have set up our workstations. It feels more like a home than a traditional office, which we actually prefer. We spend a lot of our time sitting around the main table discussing things or working on our laptops. The sunlight comes in through the front window in the afternoon. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea several times a day to keep us going. The surroundings are mostly residential, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main markets. You can hear the birds in the morning and the occasional vendor calling out in the street. We’ve been at this Dwarka address for some time now and it suits our needs perfectly. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they’ve found the right flat. It’s just a normal place where we do our advisory work.
