H.S. Public School

H.S. Public School is located at Rz 666/1 on Nasirpur Road in the Sadh Nagar-Palam Colony. This area is always buzzing with activity because Nasirpur Road is a main path for people moving through Palam. The school gate is right there on the street, and it can be a bit of a squeeze when everyone is arriving at the same time in the morning. Traffic is usually heavy, so the sound of horns is something we just live with. The building is a bit older, and we have to do repairs every now and then to keep it looking okay. Inside, the classrooms are arranged around a small central area. We don't have a lot of extra space, so every corner is used for something, whether it’s storing old chairs or keeping the cleaning supplies. The teachers have a small room where they can sit and have their lunch or grade papers between classes. Palam is a busy neighborhood, and many of our students come from the nearby houses. We see the same faces every day, and it feels very much like a community spot. The summers are tough because the building gets quite hot, but we have enough fans to keep the air moving. We just focus on the daily schedule and making sure the students are where they are supposed to be. It’s a practical place, and we do our best with what we have for the local kids.
